Meet the Team
Tracy Phillips
Owner of Phillips Wellbeing and qualified counsellor based in Gold Tops, Newport.
Winner of SME Managing Director of the year Awards 2024, Mental Health Counselling. Award Winner of Corporate Live Wire, Global Awards, Counselling Service of the year 2024. Finalist 2024 Welsh Mental Health & Wellbeing Awards.
After 15 years in recruitment, I retrained to provide safeguarding in schools primarily for children 11-16. The desire to help people with mental health issues gave me drive to pursue counselling diplomas to become qualified and regulated. In 2023, I took over what is now Phillips Wellbeing and run a wellbeing service with 10 qualified counsellors under our wing and continue to practice personally. I understand the need to continue development and look to enhance my counselling skills to further my knowledge.
