Workshop for Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW).

June 4th 2026

We're proud to share that our counsellor, Nikki Ryall, recently delivered a workshop at the Annual Conference for Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW).

DHCW is the NHS Wales organisation responsible for the digital systems and data services that support health and care across Wales.

Nikki was invited by the People and Culture team to deliver a workshop focused on burnout, stress, and practical wellbeing strategies for staff.

Due to high demand, the workshop was delivered twice during the day, with enthusiastic participation throughout. Attendees explored the signs and impact of burnout and workplace stress, took part in mindfulness exercises, and discussed simple, effective ways to support their wellbeing and recognise when additional support may be needed.

The sessions received excellent feedback from participants:

"A very informative session. So many people are going through stress and burnout at the moment and Nikki gave clear, easy tips on how to manage them." - Lenisha Wright, EDI and Wellbeing Lead

"Nikki was fantastic! An accessible session with great activities to get everyone involved. The talk was very insightful and Nikki was engaging, thoughtful, and authentic throughout." - Jordan Eskins-Hick, Wellbeing and Diversity Officer

This invitation followed on from the success of Nikki's earlier presentation on imposter syndrome, delivered for International Women's Day, and reflects the growing importance of workplace wellbeing conversations across organisations.

A huge thank you to the People and Culture team at Digital Health and Care Wales for the invitation and for their continued commitment to supporting employee wellbeing.
